Return Policy

  • At Mizzigo, products are checked at every stage until they are handed over to our logistics partners. In case a product is found damaged. We request the student to click a picture and share it at info@mizzigo.com . Our team will get back to you at the earliest and help you with the needful. Goods which are used, washed are non replaceable.

    If any goods are missing or damaged, we must be notified within 3 days of accepting the parcel.

  • Once we examine the picture of the faulty good and understand the nature of the problem caused to the student. We will either do a replacement which will take 4-6 days to be delivered to their accommodations. Or we will refund the adequate & appropriate amount through a bank transfer to your concern person in India.

  • We will refund the amount within 15 – 20 working days post the refund is approved & valid. The amount will be refund via bank transfer ( NEFT ) to the beneficiary

  • A student who wishes to cancel the wonder box is requested to inform 20 days prior of Departure date. A cancellation charge will be levied. No cancellation will be accepted 7 days prior the scheduled delivery.

    In special situations where in the student has not received his visa, we request the student to inform us about such scenarios so that we do not dispatch the wonderbox and find the best possible way to schedule the delivery.

    If the student fails to inform us before the confirmation email of the delivery is sent, no cancellation would be accepted.
