How do I order this kickass WonderBag?

Easy Peasy.
Select the required kit, standard or premium.
When you click on “checkout”, this will show the final details of your order, if you are happy with your order, click the “submit” order button, which will direct you to the payment screen to enter your card details or PayPal account/Ali pay details.
If your payment is successful, you will be returned to a confirmation order screen. You will reciveve an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered and price.

However, if the payment is rejected, we will request you to use an alternative payment method. Only when the full payment is accepted will you receive an email confirmation of order.

Dude,my order never arrived.

Before you call us up and abuse us, kindly click the “My Account” link at the top-centre of our site to track your order status. Within your Mizzigo account, be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of “delivered,” then please contact Mizzigoand we shall sort it out for you.

What’s the difference between the ‘standard’ and ‘premium’ WonderBag?

Mizzigo provides two kinds of awesome kits – Standard (which is awesome) and Premium (which is super awesome) Standard WonderBag consists of 55+ items and the premium WonderBag consists of 85+ items.

The Premium WonderBag has added some necessities such as cleaning kit, utilities, umbrella and other luxuries.

Also, an addition in product quantity provided in the standard WonderBag.

What additional items do I need to purchase after buying the WonderBag? What have you guys missed?

So, truth be told, there are two products that cannot be provided by Mizzigo due to safety and security concerns. These are knives, scissors and other sharp items. However, these can be bought from your respected country and are easily available.

How do I know if my order went through?

Chill out. You will receive a confirmation email very shortly after you place an order with Mizzigo to verify that the order was placed. The email will have a order confirmation number. Puh-leez, keep track of this number, as you will need it, if you have any further inquiries regarding your order.

Once your order ships, you will receive a second email confirming the same. In addition, a tracking number will be provided to keep track of the box at all times.

Has my order shipped/ when will my order ship?

Click the ‘My Account’ link at the top right of our site to check your order status. Once you are in your Mizzigo account, you will be able to review orders/ track packages.

How do you accept payment for my order?

While abroad, you won’t have Ramu kaka or a coolie so Mizzigo’s kit are engineered for convinience. Our compact packaging makes the box size not more than 2 feet from all sides. In addition the total weight is less than 15 kg.
